Each one believes in a different skincare philosophy but lately, more and more people are starting to believe in the skincare philosophy that natural skin care is the best way to achieve healthy and beautiful skin.
Before, a lot of people used to think that modern technology and procedures were the best way to achieve the skin they want. Many went through plastic surgery just to address their skin problems without considering the cost, risks, and side effects of such procedures. Their skincare philosophy only produced more problems not only for their skin but for their health as well.
Now, plastic surgery is out and natural skin care products are in. There used to be few organic skin care products available and these were very expensive too. You can now find more natural skin care products on the market as the demand for such products is continually growing.
Be careful though as some companies claim their products to be organic and natural even when chemicals are still used in the product. There are currently no regulations as to what cosmetic companies can say about their product so make sure you check the list of ingredients used to ensure that it really is natural or organic.
Choosing and using natural skin care products truly is best for the skin. Products that are made with chemicals and synthetic ingredients will do your skin no good. Chemicals will only end up irritating your skin and these will cause potential health problems as these are absorbed into the bloodstream. Synthetic ingredients are ineffective and provide no skin benefits.
Natural ingredients, on the other hand, are very effective. Nutrients that the skin needs are easily delivered when natural ingredients are used. These are also gentle on the skin and there is only a little chance that your skin will react to these ingredients. Natural ingredients are effective because they target the root cause of the problem instead of trying to cover it up.
Take a look at cynergy TK as an example. Cynergy TK is a form of functional keratin derived from the wool of sheep. It stimulates the body to make more collagen and elastin so that the skin becomes smoother, firmer, and suppler. It acts as a natural skin filler, unlike collagen fillers that only produce temporary results and require routine injections. Cynergy TK also improves the skin’s ability to absorb and retain moisture for better skin hydration.
Many people now believe in the skincare philosophy that natural skin care is the best. And they should when it has proven to be safe and effective at the same time? There are numerous of natural ingredients that are highly effective for the skin and especially effective when it comes to combating the signs of aging. Natural cosmetics have become big business, with consumers increasingly moving away from the use of regular brand name cosmetics. Naturally, and as is to be expected, there are a number of reasons for the current trend, and that’s what we’ll be looking at in the paragraphs that follow.
For several decades, and I mean several, the big name companies have dominated the cosmetics industry, and they’ve done so ruthlessly. Some might argue that this is what being in business is all about, and that businesses are, after all, in business to make money; to get the best possible return on investment. Others might want to point out that this is what capitalism is all about, and yes, they would be right, but when the lives of ordinary people are put at risk, the people have a right to begin asking questions. In my opinion, this is exactly what’s been happening in recent years, and that’s why we’re seeing such a dramatic shift towards natural cosmetics as opposed to regular brand name cosmetics.
Cancer rates are escalating at an unbelievable pace, and even the most skeptical researchers will agree that chemicals and pollutants are largely to blame for this. Yes, diets and a sedentary lifestyle also contribute, but nowhere near as much as the chemicals which have quite literally invaded our lives. From the time we wake up in the morning, to the time we go to bed at night, we’re exposing ourselves to chemicals. My logic tells me this is like a time bomb, and it’s a time bomb which has already been ticking for a very long time. Fortunately, more and more people are beginning to realize it.
We get out of bed, we go for a shower, and so it begins. The regular soap which so many people use is full of chemicals, one of which is Triclosan, but we’ll come back to this in a moment. Nice and refreshed from our shower, we sit down for breakfast (a healthy meal I hope) and then we dash off to brush our teeth with toothpaste, which in all probability also contains Triclosan. Just as we’re about to leave, nature calls, and we need to go to the toilet. In the bathroom, we lift the toilet seat, which contains Triclosan, and then we relieve ourselves into the toilet, which once again, contains Triclosan.
What Is This Triclosan?
You’ll find Triclosan in many cosmetic products, including regular personal hygiene products, such as those mentioned above. You’ll also find it in weed killers and etc. It’s a powerful antibacterial and anti-fungicidal chemical. Because it’s highly effective, and also incredibly cheap, the cosmetics industry has been using it for decades. When this chemical comes into contact with ultraviolet light, such as sunlight, it can and does form dioxins, and dioxins are known to be extremely toxic, and capable of disrupting the human endocrine system. To make matters worse, dioxins, as a chemical, are very stable, which means the process of elimination from the body is very slow, thereby allowing them to accumulate.
The cosmetics industry may try to play down the seriousness of this matter, but it seems government agencies are about to take action regarding the use of this dangerous chemical. Triclosan is just one harmful chemical you’re able to avoid by switching to natural cosmetics, but believe me, there are several other chemicals being used which are equally as bad, if not worse.
